Just FYI if anyone else ever needs the info: BMW Financial is 800-578-5000 and, while pleasant, understandably cannot discuss the seller's account with a third party. They won't even say if the bike has been paid off or not. Hey, worth a try.

I sat on that same bike today. It does have the comfort seat I have on my 2010. And, a sticker on the tank (lots of stickers on the bikes to tell you the setup of each bike) said simply "standard seat" for what that's worth.

Excellent. Congratulations. I know it's an R forum and all that but it really is a great bike. I bought my 2010 with 4000 more miles so good work. It never fails to impress me how long someone can own a motorcycle and not ride it. I really like that gray color too. Have fun.

eBay may actually be safer than other methods unless you buy local. It has some fraud protections. I bought mine there. A lot of them are still warrantied etc..

eBay has a one or two for sale too. There's an 07 with no reserve there now.

Love them customized. Gotta man up and customize mine.
