Can anyone tell me what the deal with removing Sandy Cohen as editor of the BMWON was? I believe she was ousted but I have only caught snippets of the story.

I think it was something along the lines of: she was such a good influence over turning the magazine into a great product, that they wanted to move her over to the "internet" side of things, to give them a great internet presence.

I think the members were more upset about it than anyone.

This is only my view/interpretation of it. There may be more behind it that I perceived.

There were a bunch of threads about it on the bmwmoa.org website.

The magazine has been ok since, but there have been a lot more typos since.

My $.02 ..Since Ms Cohen left the ON has gone from a high quality nat. level mag to a big slick club newsletter w/adds ...Oh and it arrives @ random times w/many tippos too boot...me jaded you betcha

What is the "internet " side of things that she moved to?
