Altogether Lovely! I wish they were making that when I bought mine.

Anything to hide the ugly telelever. The one truly bad decision by the R1200R design team/accountants.

You can get away with bad looks when fully clothed. But if you are going to go naked, you should look good naked!

Like a big mole on a beautiful buttocks, the telelever doesn't really bother me.

But I think I've seen a mini-fairing like that somewhere on line for the R1200R.

I think that they should have made the telelever black that would have made it a lot less vissible. Still love the looks of the r1200r though and thinks like the telelever are what makes it stasnd out from the crowd in the first place.

I can 't see that the telelever on the new R1200R looks any less bad than the telelever on the old R1150R. I know that charge has been made but I think it can only be made by folks who are used to the looks of the 1150 and wish the new bike looked more like it. It seems to me there is less of the new telelver to look at than on the old bike.
Personally I wish the bike just had a good front end like a comparably priced jap bike.

So long as it's performance functional then it's A-Okay by me.
I guess I'm a function before form kinda guy.

I like the idea Skippy has....I'd paint it black.

Loverly! Very, very nice. If BMW were to market this exact bike as an R1200RS, they might just have a hit on their hands, I think. =D> :smt023

This fairing which is photoshopped on the R1200R is the fairing of the new K1200R Sport:
