The most obvious explaination to Michael Richards stupid behavior is that he's just a racist. Obviously he is.

But beyond that, what's more obvious is just how fragile he is...

Some black guys were heckling him and he just couldn't handle it. But instead of either ignoring them or responding with some sort of whitty retort, he immediately went for the cheap shot.

A monument to his emotional frailty...
