Just rode home in one of the worst storms I have ever seen

I can't beleive how wicked the rain wind, and lightning was. I had to ride at an angle that was closing in on 30 degrees of heel, just to stay going. I was between my town of Bradford and the town just to South (Newmarket) when the storm hit. Made quite a few traffic violations along the way, didn't stop for a single stop sign or light, just made sure the coast was clear. I had been warned earlier in the day that there was golf ball sized hail coming with this, I wasn't about to find out. Anyway, made it home okay though I think the power is about to go out. Thought for sure I was going to end up on the wrong side of the lawn tonight. Can't believe I made it home in one piece. Never been scared on a bike before, but tonight...tonight was way worse then anything I have ever ridden or driven in.

Wow, it looks like the bike actually may have shielded that guy with metal around and the side stand down, like a faraday cage or screen that's grounded.
