I was on a trip with the middle school band as a parent and we nearly turned the bus over when a rider rode by with much more than that crack showing and all the kids rushed to one side to watch and laugh!

Isn't there normally a bit of light between the top of the rear wheel and the bottom of the fender? Talk about preload!
