Darth....what we need is a 2.2 litter 4cyl by one of the big names. Let's see if the liter bikes put out 150 hp at the rear wheel, the 2.2 should be good for 330 hp and at least 180 ft-lb of torque.
If they can keep the weight down to around 400 pounds that baby will have a power to weight ratio of 1.2 lbs/hp. I would say that the acceleration would be such that we old geezers will have the skin peel off our faces.
Yes, I know, the speed 3 will have to go to make room for the last hurrah...........

Awright, this stuff is gonna have to stop. I mean it. All this talk of Speed Triples, MT-01s, new Bonnies, killer Kwaks, GSs, R1200xxxs, K1200xxxs, scooters...
It is just causing me envy and second thoughts. Maybe even third thoughts. Now, I've got a kid starting collitch next week and I really want to do some renovation to the house and here you guys are tempting me with the fruit of another...Crikey, can't we all just get along????
If you're gonna post about your new ride, at least throw in something like "well, the onliest thing I really don't like about my new ride is the framistats are located to the rear of the farhvignugens and that causes the rev limiter to kick in way too early." Something that will allow me to sour grapes the situation, okay? I won't say what I have been lusting after here in my secret heart of hearts, but you guys ain't helping. I'm going to go take a really cold shower now. Really cold...

Dr. Hoon,
Well, you might be right about my priorities. But, I've got to get the kid through college so she can support me in a manner to which I'd like to become accustomed. Maybe go for the wild wheels when she is pulling in a six or seven figure income....Yeah, right, that'll happen.
One can dream...
