Brake problem

Hello, I am from Serbia and I ride r1100r from 1995. I got brake problem (front) . The right bremse is too hot when I ride and I don't know why .? The brake pads is less then 5 mm , but I am not sure that is because brake pads. I will change the brake pads , ( I see when I remove bremse from the disk a 4 cylinder and going very hard in and out) but, do I have to change the rubbers , because I think they failed erasers, are larger in diameter than it should be. I am not sure , and I need help from you guys. Thank you in advance.
