Now the entire neighborhood has proof that you're crazy.
Plus, good exercise for those beefy engine guards!
Great video.

Ah - reminds me of early '80s commuting to college during rare Seattle snowstorm... my Honda Interceptor did pretty well, as I discovered the two-feet-down, "double dirt track" stability technique to really work.

Dutch,
Glad you liked the video.
The hand guard spoilers are a Touratech product. Worth every penny if you ride in cold, rain, snow or other :)

Well, that was fun. I can't imagine riding in the snow! (nor riding without a helmet! )

How did you mount the camera? What camera is it? Pics if possible.
Thanks

Kristi,
The helmetlessness was, just as the ride in the snow...an anomaly.
As for the camera: It is a GoPro Hero HD (about $300). A very nice unit with very real limitations. It is pretty rugged, and absolutely waterproof. It is mounted with the RAM system. It's a terrific combination, and I would encourage you to check out some of the other videos (at YouTube: loganclanva) I can assure you that you won't find anymore helmetless shots, but then you won't find anymore shots of me at 4 mph:)
I'll work on getting some pics of the set up.

Great! I'm familiar with GoPro and Ram mounts, but it was the low shots that had me wondering how you mounted a camera for those. So thanks for the explanation and pics. I've been researching some action HD video cameras. I'm deciding between the GoPro and one other. I'll probably make a decision before my next trip. Thanks for your review of the GoPro
