It's not like I have never had my bike up to 100mph before, but not in full Memerial Day traffic on the beltway! I thought it was great that the states were bringing thoughtful attention to motorcyclists and 1 moron who brought a ton more negative attention to motorcyclists

Share the road....
On my travels to NJ from VA last weekend, I saw several traffic advisories posted on lit up overhead signs stating "Share the road, watch out for motorcycles" in MD and VA. I thought this was great! On the way back in VA on I-495 beltway by DC I saw the same signs and a guy that thought he would take advantage of this and was doing at least 100mph weaving in and out and crossing 4 lanes of traffic twice on his sport bike.

Re: Share the road....
I totally second the motion, I believe 7/10 incidents of motorcycle accidents could be prevented by car-driver education. And yes those of us who know them should advice these 'bastard' children of the motorcycle fraternity to desist from actions which drag the entire 'cult'-for this is what we are; into negative light.
As an aside, its like one time when we lost some belongings to theives and a known thief in the area advised that we consult one of our cousins!
How do you defend and accuse your own?
