OK, I think I got a keeper this time

Only problem: at 80mph, I can't tell if the motor is on.

Gone baby, gone. After reading about so many folks like your friend who got a Tiger 1050 and loved it, I figured it was a slam dunk. Not so much, I couldn't get comfortable on it. More than one person said that if it wasn't love at first ride, move on. So I traded straight up for what you see up there. A much better fit, this one should be around for a while, I am loving it so far!

The local Honda dealers were practically giving away ST1300s. So cheap I was tempted to buy one for a backup bike.

Good combo for the garage! I hope you enjoy the FJR and keep your license.
