Guys, getting ready to install a new Leovince exhaust and remember from installing my hugger that rotating and trying to move the exhaust was very difficult. Does anyone here have any tricks for removing the stock muffler?

Let me be the first (Maybe) to reply to my own thread! Just wiggled the crap out of it back and forth up and down and bingo off it came.
Installed the leovince (pictures maybe tommorow) in about 20 minutes. Will fire it up and test it tomorrow but it looks ten fold better than the elephant sized stock exhaust.

Yes: Wiggle the Crap Out Of It.
I've found that coating the parts with anti-seize helps with the next removal.

Before you "lock" your exhaust check the muffler/slip on clearances with your cases.
