autocom headset in Shoei MultiTech

HI, does anyone here have any experience with getting an Autocom headset into a new Shoei MultiTech helmet. I got both this week and the liner does not apparently disengage easily. I don't want to shred the inside of the helmet.

the cheek pads pop in and out easily but the rest of the padding does not. any help will be appreciated
