I'm not getting the KGT untill next week or so. I promise I'll post pics when I get it :-) and FYI I used to have a K1200S the GT is a lot slower

So what prompted the change or upgrade to the K1200GT?
Faster, more wind protection, better for 2 up?

Yup pretty much all of the above.. When I bought the R I also tried an RT but didn't like the way it felt. I always liked the GT but frankly it was a bit too much $$. With the more than $4500.00 I got off, it put it in the affordable range.
