GIVI windshield for sale

Post by fly »

After changing back and forth between the Cee Baileys 18" screen and the GIVI screen several times I have come to the conclusion that they provide approximately the same level of protection on the R1200R. There is no sense having two screens that do the same job so I've decided to offer up the GIVI. I'll keep the CeeBaileys simply for the fact that I've invested a lot more money in it with the BMW mount and all and it will give me the option of mounting other CeeBaileys screens in the future if need be.

Here is my initial review of the GIVI along with links to the product and pictures: http://r1150r.org/board/viewtopic.php?t ... highlight=

The cost of the screen from Hornig in Germany was 104.90 Euro and the necessary mounting kit was 38.80 Euro for a total of 143.70 Euro or approximately $196 US plus shipping.

If you are interested I'll sell for $170 US including shipping to the lower 48 or Canada. The screen was on the bike for approx 150 miles and is as new.
