I'm in the market for a reasonably priced bike to bike, voice activation system. Does anyone have experience with this one http://www.collett.mb.ca/ by Collett?

Communication Systems

Here is a company that makes an inexpensive bike to bike communications system. The sound quality is about a 5-6 on a scale of 1-10 since there is no noise cancelling electronics with the mic. It is inexpensive and you can pair it up with the GMRS/FRS radios of choice. My friends the Kenwood Freetalk TK-3101 because of the build quality and the 2 watt transmission power that really helps everyone stay in touch in the twistie and mountain terrain. This system does not have VOX

I run the Autocom system with the Kenwood Freetalk TK-3101. With the Autocom I have my GPS/MP3 player and Radar plugged into the Autocom. Bike to bike communication is crystal clear. The audio from the other rider is just as clear at 90 miles per hour as you talking to someone sitting next to you in your living room. Incredible noise cancelling electronics. My girlfriend also runs an Autocom on her motorcycle and in fairly open terrain we have kept in touch (bike to bike) being over 4 miles apart. We have Pust to Talk or fiull VOX activation that works perfect at very high speeds. Autocom is not the inexpensive option but just want to give you something to compare too.
