Aero engined bikes
Well we all know that the boxer began life powering aeroplanes. These guys have taken another aero engine and built a bike round it. Never seen the like of this before.

If it were a 'rotary' engine, now that[/u] would be even whackier!!
Rog,
Suzuki tried that way back in the 70's, it was an ok bike, they offered it for a couple years,
before realizing that no one was going to buy it. So it died quietly. I found this link about the RE5. You might find it interesting.

I think Rog is referring to the aircraft rotary engine, which anchors the crankshaft to the airframe and spins the whole engine -- which has the propeller attached. This enhanced cooling, at the expense of a fierce gyroscopic effect. Some WWI aircraft used these engines.

I thought about that too, scary. Oh yeah, the spinning rotory engines.....might as well make that the next step.
If the engine "spun" the right direction it would be a wheelie MONSTER.
Imagine dumping the clutch when the "flywheel" effect of that huge hunkamotor was spun up!
And think of the envy from those guys that shelled out the big bucks to have spinning hubcaps......
