WOW! Showroom condition for a 2001 model.
That's a good indication of it's care and useage.

This is what I was told from the person I bougth the bike from:
Windshield 455.65
Heated Grips 170.42
Large diameter air intakes 103.29
Throttlemeister 129.90
Valve cover protector 141.67
As for the seat, I don't know if it's an aftermarket one or not. The bike has
26k miles and I got it for $4500. I think it was a fair to good price based on
what I've seen on eBay and the internet.

"I've got the same bike only mine is a 2000."
I guess too much excitement for me...mine is a 2000 too and not a 2001.
Thanks wnc. I think I'm done admiring the bike, so I"ll definitely take it for a ride today.

Nice ride. I saw one just like that at the Shiloh Rally this weekend.
I asked about the paint scheme and the owner told me that was the Olympic Edition" paint scheme. Apparently BMW donated some bikes for use in Atlanta for the Olympics, and they were painted that way.

Yeah, when he said it was a centennial edition, I was thinking of that black special edition they put out with the wire wheels. Still nice. I was looking at the R1100R for a long time. So long they came out with the 1150.

They tell me that the yellow stripes between the silver and the black on the tank are hand painted.
The seat in the picture is a stock seat.

Sweet! I was looking for one of those before I decided to take the plunge and buy my 50R new. Couldn't find one in acceptable condition for a good enough price.

Suweeeettt!! You'll love it. The poor R1100R has to be one of the most under-appreciated bikes ever. But that's why there are great deals to be had.
I picked up my black '99 ABS SE w/ 29k this past Spring from the original owner and I LOVE it. You'll love yours too!
Farkles added so far (need to get an updated photo):
-Moto-Techniques handlebar risers
-Moto Techniques oil filler plug assembly
-Moto-Techniques cam covers
-Hyper-Lites
-Kisan Signal Minder
-Stebel Nautilus Compact air horn
-RCU passenger backrest
Congratulations!!
