I don't know what is wrong with your clock, but my guess is that one of the programming buttons got jammed some how, so you might fiddle with them. Good luck
I finally caught mine running counter-clockwise the other day. I was chasing some friends down a fun road, in the midst of a high-speed pass of a car, when I looked down to check my speed and saw the clock's minute hand running rapidly backward. It reversed 40 minutes worth. On another pass, I watched as it ticked backward about two minutes. Yesterday it lost two hours.
I had seen evidence at times in the past that the clock surely must have run backwards, since too much time had been lost for it to merely have stopped. It will run reliably for a month or so, then act freaky.

Obviously, you're going so fast that you're reversing time. See: Star Trek 4.
Wouldn't it be nice if 100 mph was fast enough for relativistic effects? We'd all be much younger. Long airline flights would suddenly be worth the bother. Too bad my watch didn't take the trip back in time along with the dashboard clock.

Wouldn't you get older when you flew East though ? I know I always feel older when I take a 3 hour flight and get there 5 hours later.
Oop's, serious highjack.
Not only Star Trek....Superman the movie....Chris Reeves got really 'miffed' when his Lois dies eating dirt in her car....he flies so fast that he reverses the gravitational pull of the earth thus reversing time....*
Let us know what you figure out with your clock.
* has absolutely no technical merit

Life It just gets better and better!
I used to notice my clock spinning in reverse for the first couple of years. Usually when I was riding hard. It stopped doing it around the time I removed the muffler and ran with only the cat. Can't see how the two would be related.
I tried to get it fixed under warranty but they couldnt repeat the fault. I just learned to live with it.
It could be worse - the engine could start running backwards all of a sudden. Then where would you be????
