I have a feeling this may ultimately rank as one of the best Real World sport bikes ever. That is not to say the press will reveal it as such. I am referring to the opinions of those who have ridden real sport bikes to the limit on the track, realize that those bikes are WORTHLESS on the street, but who like to ride a sport bike on the street. This will have plenty of power for the real world, should handle like only a modern BMW can (which is to say, fantastic in the real world) and have the fit and finish that makes BMW's so nice to own. I also like the aesthetics, too.

Anyone know the weight of this bike?

This is going to cause me problems. In the last 6 months I bought 2 dirt bikes for my son and daughter, a XL to start riding on the road and with the kids, (and for the dirt with the kids but no way on that). As you know the next steo was the R1150R. Which I love.

Why is it that I would even look at something else? I love the look of the R1200ST Silver/Gray. I think I like the little front end, I don't know??? Maybe I need two bikes. All I know is this is a good problem like being too busy at work.

I captured this image from the video on the page that Bemmerrandy posted.

Although it looks similar from the fron, it doesn't look like the same bike.
