Maint. Sched. - Next Service Question

Umm, I have this friend who umm, seems to have misplaced the maintenance schedule for his 2003. I've looked, oh wait I mean, he's looked , all over.

Anyhow, have done the 12000 - but did it early (+/- 11,500) - am now at 15000 and am sure something needs to be done. Just not sure what.

Anybody share with me what the next service entails, while I hunt down a new book?
