Been using a mod'ed Cee Bailey's RT screen (standard size, lined up with single stalk mounts, etc, etc) Liked it because it moved the wind off my chest and cut me at the neck-- helmet in smooth air, chest free. Looked okay to me and was unique to the Roadster.
Recently got the Speedster Screen kit installed. Here's the report for that screen on the R1150R:
Like the looks. Not too big, nor too small, nice blue tint, elegant single stalk mounts.
Do not like the felt wind. Moved the turbulent blow by up to my chin. Also, allowed more turbulence at my shoulders. Not as overall comfy as the RT mod.
So it's back on with the Cee Bailey and the Speedster moves to the KR for a test run...

camfarm...how 'bout some pix of that modified rt screen...I've been suffering the turbulence from a BMW sport screen, and I'm looking for an option. I'm considering cutting up my BMW touring screen, maybe cutting it down and taking a notch out of the center kinda like a ricky racer shield. Anybody taken that route before?....I miss that clean air quiet, but don't want to ride without torso protection.

The Roadster has the RT style screen - from rear view you can see it is wider and lower (swoopier) than most offered for the R.
I am 5'6" and wide shoulders. That's why this screen works for me. Not too big and not too small. Gets the wind where I want it and no excessive turbulence to fight against. Fits with the single style stalks (that are a beetch to install).
