Spark plugs
I have a 2005 r1150r with 40000 km what are the best sparkplugs for this bike (dual spark)
Re: Spark plugs
I have a new pair of NGK 3481 DCPRGE. I bought them for my 2004 Roadster but my mechanic suggested a different plug. You can have them for the price of shipping if they will work for you?
Re: Spark plugs
Thanks , I appreciate the offer, however after some research I came up with another plug number for my bike
Re: Spark plugs
Autolites have worked best for me...are your plugs getting fouled quickly? Might need to sync the fuel to air mixture better..

Re: Spark plugs
You can spend a lot on plugs, but the autolites 3923, I think?, and sometimes the P ones (platinum if I feel extravagant) worked just fine for me for tens of thousands of miles. They are ava at Wally world and work fine. The secondaries are harder to find, but you can find the NGK OEMs at NAPA.

Re: Spark plugs
I think I have 35,000 miles on my plugs now, need to check them .
I used Autolite plugs for my replacements don't know which number they are, seem to work just fine for me .
