Re: NHTSA Safety Recall
That is a wonderful thing. Perhaps we can poke the Canadian authority to address things like the failing fuel strips - in the hopes that NHTSA mimics them again by issuing a recall. Any of our Canadian members know who you might complain to in order to start an investigation?

I think, motorcycle clubs or associations would help how to make a complain.

If you're a member of the BMW-MOA - there is a thread there that tells you exactly how to make a complaint. And I believe I posted the same here some time ago.Steve H. wrote:I think, motorcycle clubs or associations would help how to make a complain.

Re: NHTSA Safety Recall
nice of bmw to step up and admit the problem. no wait, bmw didn't step up at all, seems the national safety board and perhaps the memory of that recent multi-million dolla out o court settlement has bmw thinking the govment wont tolerate sub-standard or unsafe manufacturing by bmw.
you gota ask yerself-- whats wrong with bmw that they won't EVER admit anything on their bikes is EVER wrong.
