Upgraded cam chain tensioner. Started bike on centerstand in neutral. Real wheel spun slowly. Pulled clutch in and it stopped. What? How is that possible that wheel spins in neutral?
Headlight and touring windshield shake. I tightened those allen bolts with ball end but still too much shake. That stupid bracket with the jog in it keeps me from getting good access to those bolts. Would like to replace those allens with a small head 12 pt bolt that you could get a socket on. Anyone done this?
Couple of questions?

Re: Couple of questions?
Its a common thing for the wheel to turn in netural. (engine running ) oil thick enough to turn the output shaft by "windage" No worries, you hit the rear break pedal and it will stop. Once all warmed up that will stop (rear wheel rotation)at idle.

Re: Couple of questions?
regarding bolts, i removed my windshield brackets and replaced the allen head bolts with regular hex-head bolts, because they'd be easier to use, and they've been fine. is that want you kind of meant?

Thanks guys. Not familiar with drivetrain. Didn't know that wheel spining thing was normal. Ya georgek that is what I was talking about. You can get a socket on a hex head bolt? Must need a shallow universal to get around that jog in the bracket. That's why i am thinking 12 point small head.
