bmw r1200r 2012 seat

I would like to know will the new seat on the r1200r 2012 model fit my 2009 model .i sat on a 2012 seat today and it feels very good.Thanks

The fitting is exactly the same so should be no problem. I have comfort seat on my 2011 R and find it more comfortable than standard seat on my previous 2009.
