choke on 2008 R1200R

Does the 2008 R1200R have a choke? Could the choke be sticking? The bike idles faster when it first starts ...I think. Sometimes when the bike starts it runs sluggish.... lugs at slow speeds.

No manual choke; the electronics monitor air temperature and oil temp, set an appropriate mixture and fuel quantity, and instruct the fuel injectors to add it to the intake tracts at the correct time. I wouldn't be surprised if the idle's a little higher when cold, maybe a hundred rpm or two.

You don't want to lug the motor when cold (or when hot, for that matter), but don't wring its neck until the oil has warmed up. Even in our mild climate, I notice that a bit more throttle is required when the motor's cold. Once I've ridden a few blocks, that need disappears.
