Heated Grips Replace

Post by mogu83 »

I wear Elkskin Roper gloves (IE: abrasive palms) and at 50K my handgrips are almost gone. THe replacement grips from BMW will put me back $220+. Has anyone removed the rubber cover on the grip and replaced it. I know about things like the grip puppies but really don't want to increase the diameter of the grips.

I want to recommend grip puppies even if you don't really want them ;) Its cheap and easy compared to all alternatives and you'll get used to the increased diameter in no time. That's real easy for me to say wearing size XXXL gloves..
