2 brothers exhaust on R1100r - low mount or standard

Hi,
I just got an email from 2 brothers saying they don't make the low mount bracket anymore...anyone know what the difference is between low and standard mount with hard bags?

Do I need the low mount to put hard bag or if the bag has a "grooved" indent would the standard mount work?

If you want to mount hard bags with the standard exhaust configuration, the left bag will be smaller than the right, with a "cut out" as you say to make room for the exhaust. Some have found other aftermarket exhausts that drop the pipe to the "low" configuration similar to an RT that allows the left bag to be the same depth as the right bag. Maybe someone other than 2 Brothers will fit your need.

just a followup: I ended up getting the 2 brothers standard mount and was able to adjust it to work with the saddle bag.

This slipon exhaust is exactly what i was hoping for. Fairly easy install, oxygen sensor screwed in nicely, and looks and sounds great.

Slight idle adjustment and the bike is good to go!

I am very happy with the sound not obnoxios but deep and very responsive to throttle revs, which really didnt seem to do much with the stock pipe.

Also, getting rid of the catalytic converter makes for a really clean look. I was suprised how heavy the stock exhaust was versus the 2 Brothers replacement.
