"Elf Pegs"

Has anyone used the Highway Pegs "Elf Pegs" For Single Spark Engine sold at A&S? If so what was the verdict?

Bought a set of Elf Pegs for our R1200C: that bike had a limited range of ergos, and pegs of any type (Elf Pegs, or pegs built into engine guards) really help relieve the occasional butt cramp.

On my Rockster, the jugs serve as "pegs" during road trips, as I alternate resting a foot/heel on top of a cylinder head for hamstring and glute stretch, while other foot stays on its regular footpeg. Very comfortable. Haven't melted my boots yet, but have to mind foot placement on the right jug because it's closer to rider and thus easier to make contact with the (hot) header.

The Elf Pegs are high quality product.

cool...Anyone out there have a used set they would like to part with? Checked Boneyard (part sold) and Ebay ...Nada

Not to dissuade you or to disagree with the other folks, but I tried a set of those
and used them once. Sold them.

Found it made me sit even more on the point of my butt cuz my feet were higher than
on the footpegs and my legs weren't stretched out and that was nothing short
of extremely uncomfortable for me.

There are pegs that bolt onto a bracket tht fits on the valve cover fasteners -
always shown attached to the upper ones but the shape of the bracket sure
makes it look like they'd attach to the bottom, too, allowing the feet to be
lower to relieve the pointy butt syndrome.

I have used them on dual spark engine and I really like them for long rides its a nice change of position to releive butt and leg cramp . There are at least 2 different designs one flip out strait and the other flip out a little forward . i have the forward ones and think they are great . Found them on ebay for $145 .
