The wife and I went on a 500 mile trip this past weekend with no windshield. The bike felt SOO much better to have the big z-technik shield off. Its perfect with nothing UNTIL we got on the interstate. Anything over 70 was wearing on me pretty bad, SO.....I wnat something that will block the air off my chest BUT leave my head in clean air. I have a feeling the BMW sport shield just isn't big enough for this. I love the look of the Wunderlich fairing and it looks like it'd put the air about where I want it, but $700 plus finding a painter!!
I Feel like I know what i'm looking for now, but don't know where to find it. I'm gonna see if the dealer will let me "test ride" an RR with the sport screen when I go for service, but it just looks too small.
Anyone looking for a Z-technik shield with hardware btw?

Just ordered a Parabellum Scout. They say there's a 8-week backlog of orders. Really hoping it gets here before I leave for Oregon rally in July. I am 5'6" and ordered the 14" fairing as I like to look over rather than thru it. Does that sound about right?

Your the only one that can answer that. Good luck with the fairing, I'm very satisfied with mine.rpoppen wrote: Does that sound about right?
