I was at the IMS in Seattle, on Friday and Saturday. No BMW. Apparently they are only present at four of the shows this year. If anyone knows why, I'd love to hear it.
We shot a quick and dirty interview of Robert Pandya, who is a true blue motorcycle enthusiast, and a great spokesperson for the show. Actually, it was more dirty than quick, given the low light where we shot this. If you are interested, it can be seen here: http://peckhammer.blogspot.com/search/label/IMS
Also in the video pipeline is a short piece that we did about a guy who was running a 1937 BMW (questionable application of badges on that bike, since it was chinese-made) on the motocross track at LACR. He didn't do very well in the vintage class against more competent bikes manufactured in the '70s, but he had the requisite spirit for "A Day in The Dirt." I'll post a link when I finish editing the piece.
