Sticky front brake

I've noticed that my front brake lever fails to return fully after use. At first, it did not cause any drag but lately has worsened so that it is noticeably drags the front brake. I now shove it back after each use to kill the drag. I change fluid annually so that should not be the cause. Is a rebuild needed, or could the pivot point need lube? Thanks for any suggestions. --Mikel

It's usually the lever pivot and, obviously, an easy fix
Dismantle, clean and relube is all

It may also be the Master Cylinder check for leaks as well, this fault cost the owner
of the bike i bought from him $500 for a new master cylinder assembly.
