it looks as if you need to 'host' you pics on one of the free services first..

basically, you upload your pics onto another server i.e photobucket, putfile etc and then use the code that they create to embed your pics into the forum ..

do a google search for 'free photo hosting' and go from there.

Have you done a search on the site for 'posting pictures'? that may have a step by step.
