Riding again!

Post by towerworker »

I reckon I have to post this since I've posted everything else I've done lately. Been off riding for the past 7 weeks healing up after breaking my leg in a minor m/c accident.

Took off early yesterday since the weather here in Va was great. Got back on the bike and took it out for 3 hours or so--maybe 75 miles roughly. Rode very carefully and obviously slowly. Sure felt good to be back in the saddle. Rode again today with Beemeridian till the rain came over the mountain and chased him back home. Weather is nice tomorrow as well and plan to take another ride then too.

I want to thank all those again who sent all the well wishes. The support here is nothing short of great!

Great news! I remember well my first ride after a major "get-off" about 10 years ago. It was really sweet feeling to be back in the saddle.

Take care and get all that healing finished properly, riding season is near!

Glad to see that you are back up on the saddle.....like John Wayne used to say "Get up, dust yourself and get back on that horse"

Take it slow and easy...... =D> =D> =D>
