From the news reports I have seen, the girls and the biker all had a degree of culpability in the situation escalating out of control.

I know I'll burn in hell for this but wonder if the girls at the time of the alleged incident were on their cells and applying makeup.....with the radio blasting.......while driving. I'm also sure they were highly educated by their reponse to the biker.....

Reminds me of an occassion when my buddy and I were riding to have lunch down New Orleans and this woman from the lovely state of Texas on a shiny black top of the line Land Rover decideds to pul in our lane while we are next to her.....my buddy was on the outside so he veered into the other lane I had to sweat for a bit to allow my buddy to move while judiciosly aplying the brakes to clear her SUV,

Needless to say my blood pressure elevated and I caught up with her on the driver's side while blowing my wimpy horn (after that incident I decided to install my Hway blasters, for those of you that have seen and heard their tone) the woman was on what appeared to be a very lively conversation on her cell phone and didn't even acknowledged my presence. I piped down and proceeded to our destination......another day at the office..........
