Hill Country BMW Riders?
Anybody in Austin? HCBMWR Members? I'm moving back there in December, seeing another RR would be nice (they're scarce in Milwaukee, not sure why.)
Re: Hill Country BMW Riders?
I'm not a HCB MWR member, but I do live in Hunt, Texas, the heart of the Fabulous Texas Hill Country. The roads and the weather are excellent right now, though with hunting season just started there is a bit more traffic than usual -- usual being essentially deserted other than occasional clots of creeping Harleys.Karamazov wrote:Anybody in Austin? Twists, turns, straights, sweepers, corkscrews, rollercoasters... they're all here awaiting your inspection.

The web site is being renovated, so check back from time to time. It's a good group, very welcoming and -- as you'd expect in Texas -- very friendly.
