Skene P3 brake lights on R12R

I used BRAKE! LED lights on my former 05 GS but has anyone used the Skene brake lights on their R12R? BRAKE! doesn't make a light that works with the newer software and the R12R and I really would like to get some extra lighting in the back to wake-up the drivers.

I've used Hyperlights on my non-Canbus bikes but my dealer has warned me about Canbus issues (real or imagined....)

I'm running Hyperlights on the R1200R with no problems.

I also installed the Kisan tailBlazer bulb (No. 20W-D) which produces a lamp out fault on the computer readout screen. They are coming out with the 20W-DZ for to solve the fault report issue. Available "next week" for the past 3. I really like the bulbs flashing pattern, however. The quick flashes that become gradually longer over a 4 second period conveys visually that I'm
