Re: Thinkin of a paint job

It is all a matter of taste, surely the Rockster looks immaculate as it is but reversing the colours may make it look a bit more kawasaki ninja -ish....

Go for it thought, it is going to be SO unique...

The run start is a bit too much for me, not in this weather and definately not for my size... I am waiting on a friend to come over with jump cables... I think I can manage this... I had the same startup problem a couple of weeks ago and the BMW assistance came along and passed a few tips on how to ...

Good morning ladies and gents, I need your help once again. Waking up this morning to find my rockster covered in a thin layer of frost due to last night's low temperatures. Nothing impressive about this... I've seen her in this condition before... but... The bile refuses to start. I get a rattling ...

thanks you guys, i need to check my Remus to see whether it has the screw or the rivet hold. Apologies for being so lame but I've been stopped twice by the police (very polite I need to say) regarding the sound of my Beemer... I just guess that they envy me, right?

Is this type of mod street legal?
Will it pass an MOT test or do you need to reinstall the baffle?

Coppers accept this?

So many questions ... so little time...

Another one

Good evening ladies and gents... I had a lengthy discussion upon the pros and cons of engine braking, even on low revs, for motorcycles. My personal opinion is that there is no need for me to put my hands and feet to the brakes if I can see/predict that I am going to be braking further down the road...

Hello there,

I know the weather has been totally British, but I'd love to take my Rockster for a spin following/followed other Rocksters...

Feel like organising a ride, a meeting or anything that will get us (as a group) out...

Feel free to recommend dates/places/things-to-do...

Why ride a naked bike with wind shield? Call me silly but I've taken the Rock on long trips before with no wind screen of any sort. It makes you feel alive when the wind whipping at your body at 110-MPH or so. Sorry ladies and gents, but I must fully agree with this... may just be my body siz...
