Well guys I'm saying goodbye. Last tuesday I picked up a '12 H-D Superglide. I missed having a Harley. Anyway I thank you guys for the great advice I received here, and all the awesome pics and ideas.

Thanks for all the responses. I only asked because I ride this thing pretty hard(crotch rocket hard). As I said before I like the conti's, the pr3's sound good but I might try the pirelli diablo corsa 2's. A couple of friends have them on their bikes and they do good on our mountain days.

Nobody answered the question. Can you lean hard on the PR3's. I'm on my second set of conti's and I can scrape my pegs. Can that be done with the PR3's? Thanks in advance.

I'm looking to sell my 09 r1200r as much as I love it the money can go places where it is needed much more. It has almost 11k on it new set of contis on it no mods. I'm not sure what it's worth so make a reasonable offer and we will se how it goes thanks.

Well I made it out today. Rode around in town for about an hour. 50 degrees it was pretty nice. lots of wet spots though cant have too much fun yet.

I'm going nuts. I want to twist that throttle and go. Ohh well just a thought 3 months to go. I rode last winter, this year I'm not that crazy. Black ice freezing temps. No thank you. Anyway just sharing my thoughts. Happy new year everyone.

Something sounds wrong because mine cranks a little slow but it does start in those temperatures. I ride all year long. The coldest I rode last year was 13 degrees F. Try calling your local dealer if anything is wrong it should be under warranty. Ohh and don't feel bad my bike sleeps outside too.

My clock reads 9930 miles as of today. I bought it August 2009. Hopefully this week I'll hit the 10K mark.

Does anyone know where I can get those cool wire wheels I keep seeing in pics everywhere?
