Anyone ever swap the Rockster bars for GS bars? I know that folks have chnged to the Roadster bars but I don't like the bend on those.

Anone fitted GS bars to either an R or Rockster? If so was it a straight swap or did you have to change all the cables / tubes?

How about a compromise?? Anyone fitted GS bars to a Rockster? I reckon that would give me the 'commanding' riding position I liked of the GS but on the Rockster instead. I have seen Roadster bars fitted to the GS but I don't like the bend on those bars.

What standards are safe though? I recently read an in depth article in one of the US mags about helmet testing - if I recall correctly the evidence / conclusions were frightening. I still reckon that 'domestic' US vehicles are very much more accurate that the rest - based on my experience. I have owned loads of European cars in Europe and they all seem to be off by about +10%, the vehicles I have owned and used here in the US however seem to be pretty much on the ball.
