Has anyone bought from them, or more importantly - has anyone got their bike serviced with them?

If yes - what are your impressions, would you recommend the service department and overall customer experience?

I bought oil, filter etc from them they were very helpful and seemed to know what they were talking about. Dont know if that helps at all.

Not very helpful I know, but I nearly bought a rockster from them last year. Friendly guys, really helpful on the whole.

Some nice riding rounds surrounding the place too

Friend of mine buys all his BMWs there.

(it's not close enough for me to have visited more than once).
