Wacky weather

Last weekend it was almost 80 degrees; this weekend it is 20 degrees with 2" of snow on the ground!
Welcome to April in the mountains! The oldtimers call it Dogwood winter! The apple growers call it a financial disaster!

It's Global Warming........the world is coming to an end...BUT AlGore has the solution, it's called "carbon offsets".

Looking at the long term forecast for IL: Not going to hit 60F again till May.
Snow heading our way this week, and to make matters worse the gas prices are going up, up, up, too.

Yeah, but it's going to be low 70's again this weekend (in the western NC mountains). Going to be a good weekend for riding in the mountains.
However, it's sunny and 28F as I write this, near Andrews NC .
