The T-Rex is still the wickedest 3-wheeler I've ever seen...

Three-wheelers are inherently more 'tipable' than vehicles with four (or two) wheels. Under lateral acceleration when cornering, if the force vector from the center of gravity goes outside the line joining the outside (front-back, or back-front) wheels, then over she goes. Two-wheelers avoid this by leaning. Some three-wheelers can do this too:
