Nice...I think it's due out in October...it looks half S and half R...or a K1200R with a K1200S headlight and front half fairing.

Not heard of that!

I HAVE heard of a K1200R-Sport coming soon - most likely to be PowerCup rep - but that representation could also be a possibility.

While down at the island on the weekend I got to talk to the head of BMW Australia.

He had a grin from ear to ear and said "just wait and see what we have coming out soon."

He hinted that it was a 'real' sports bike..but wouldn't say more..so typical.

He said that there's a new color version or the blue and white striped K1200S..and more curvy stripes.

I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

There is something at BMW going on for sure...there's this guy in the know at our BMW club..the other day at our meeting I asked him about a new BMW K1200SR..half S and half R....and he said "No..that's wrong"...I thought Bugger!...and he said "No...the name is wrong"...with a big smile.
