I cannot put into words how amazing I feel right now. For those of you that have children, I'll just say, "You understand". Please welcome Nathan Lee to planet earth.

Congratulations to you and the mother!
Good lookin' boy.
Amazing stuff those kids.
In the years ahead you will know real joy, real frustration and real fear. All worth more than can be expressed.
Oh yeah. Take ANY opportunity for a nap. If young Nathan is anything like our last one he'll plot to make sure you don't sleep for weeks.

Congratulations! It is an awesome experience. My little guy just turned four months old and I am still amazed by him. Sometimes I just watch him sleep.

Advice for Nathan:
Obey dad. He knows more than you do.
Respect mom. She does more than you know.
Learn everything.
Listen wisely, say less.
Have fun!

gary - congatulations to you and tell Nathan Lee's mom well done!
Nice looking youngun'!
Everything changes now. They will bring you the greatest joy and the greatest disappointment, sometimes on the same day!
But I wouldn't trade my two for anything.
And the advise about grabbing sleep is right on!

Sleep? Who needs sleep?
0 Hours 1st day
4 Hours 2nd day
5 Hours 3rd day
I'm a little groggy, seem to temporarily have a little Attention Deficit Disorder, but doing well.
So, how long does this high last?

Four months and still going for me. Fortunately, Caleb (my son) started sleeping through the night at two months. Be careful riding while you are sleep deprived. I avoided it for a while.

Now that's funny! Sorry, I can't resist but ... what if Nathan grows up to be a (gasp) Republican?

That would be quite a long list to choose from.
As far as being a Republican... I don't think so. He seems so peaceful, giving, and intelligent.
