Tuesday night: Evening ride from Blacksburg to Chattanooga (345 miles)
Wednesday: Ride through Alabama and southern Mississippi to Biloxi (460 miles)
Thursday/Friday: Work time
Saturday: Short ride into Louisiana to view Lake Pontchertrain, then double back through Mississippi and Alabama (and a short dip through Florida) to arrive in Atlanta (~520 miles)
Sunday: Ride from Atlanta, GA to Blacksburg, VA (420 miles)
1745 miles total in 6 days.
Phil (boxer) and anyone else in Atlanta - if you care to, I'd like to get together for breakfast with y'all Sunday morning. I'm staying at a Marriott hotel in Alpharetta. I'd be happy to meet anywhere near downtown.
