Several years ago I downloaded (lord knows where from) a short clip of a woman demonstrating the proper way of righting a downed bike. I have since lost it. ( I think it went when the last hard drive crashed.) Has anyone else seen this? Does anyone know where I can get it again? A friend is just getting into bikes and wanted to know how it's done. Hell of I'm going to lay my bike down...she's not that good of a friend!

I don't know about a video clip but Skert is one who demonstrates how to lift a bike. She's one of our own here in Georgia and has a daughter who has now begun accompanying her to rallies. The daughter is mini-Skert. Here's the web site.
