Two steps:
1. TURN OFF YOUR CAPS LOCK!!!
2. Call your dealer and ask him to pick it up and do it for you.

You're out of luck! If you cannot get the CAPS LOCK off, no method will be simple enough for you.
Welcome

FM696969,
Welcome aboard. Give a second thought to not posting with your caps lock key on. There's no rule, it's just etiquette. With only text to convey tone or nuance most people use caps to simulate shouting.
Rick Blanc has provided an excellent link that includes pictures. The spin method of setting valve lash is likely what you're after. The real trick is to tighten the lock nut without altering the adjustment. Not difficult, just takes caution.
We're a mellow bunch, hang out, read some posts, and see for yourself.

"I REQUESTED EASIEST WAY TO ADJUST THE VALVES..."
Umm, you didn't "REQUEST" the easiest way to adjust the valves, you *demanded* it (and while yelling no less).
You're lucky that anyone helped you at all.

Easy and cheap are not often bed fellows. The easy way is always to have somebody else do the work. The cheap way is to dingle it up yourself.

Not everyone.
Some of us have been adjusting the valves for many miles and several years now.
Adjusting the valves on this boxer twin, with the heads stuck out there like they are, is just about the easiest mechanical project I have ever attempted. All you gotta do is read the PDF file suggested above. Also there is tons of information here:

In fact there are at least two ways to adjust the valves. Both easy. Just be meticulous and take your time. The Zen of valve adjusting is really a pleasurable and therapeutic activity. I've done mine several times in one week before, just because I enjoy it so much.

What's the method that uses a single feeler guage, rather than two, for the exhaust and intake?
