Great...Top Gear has got to be one of my favorite shows...and I love Jerermy..even if he is a bit anti bikes.. :D

Great clip...I hadn't seen it...thanks for posting it.

I had seen another with a Ducati 999 and a Lambo or Ferarri.

I think the bike won that..there's not much in it.

But look at the price difference.. :D

Your right DJ, it was a Lambo vs. a 999 and the 999 won. The diff. is they didn't race side by side like the 911 and the R-1, I couldn't focus either with an out of control 3800 pound Lambo on my ass.

I like Clarkson, he makes a living out of being an ahole, I love watching people take the bait.

No surprise that bikes don't always win, but who cars, bikes will never share a racetrack with cars in a sanctioned series.

I think its simple with street legal cars and bikes; on a short curvey track a top car has the adv., and the opposite is true on a long track. Of course, the rider/driver is the true advantage. But the biggest diff. is how much money does car guy have to spend to match a bike guy???

Makes for great vids though!

Yeah i've seen the same one !
You can't beat the price !!!

I can't afford a Porshe ,but i can afford an R1
or a Hayabusa ..if i wanted one .

I'll stick with my are RR it has a better balance for the
type of riding i require :D

Thanks for the CLIP ofrogg great comparision!

I don't get this test at all !!
The real test should be 2-fold:
1- put each driver in the same car and measure the lap time
2- put each driver on the same bike and measure the lap time
Then see who fares better, that is if both survive the run :)
Nobody is sure perfect, but she practiced tirelessly !

Did you hear how he says he doesn't ride bike cause he's a heterosexual!?!?

i didn't know that only gays can ride bikes in england.

must be part of that progressive movement for gays in the UK. starts with marriage and then the heteros get banned from riding cycles.

wow. :-k

also, if that pansy didn't have all wheel drive at the chicane, he woulda been toast.
